We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums. I particularly like your mythologically related work and how it captures it in such a blunt light. The depiction of the Apollo myth( where he skins the flutist alive) was shocking to me.
I had never heard of that story until I saw that work. I will never think of Apollo the same way again.
